Unfortunately for the Bulgarian Brute and Ravishing Russian, today was not Rusev Day… Bobby Roode and Smackdown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair were victorious in their WWE Mixed Match Challenge bout tonight, and will advance to the semifinal round of the Facebook Live tournament.
WWE has also announced that all previously eliminated teams, including Rusev and Lana, will be eligible to return if they can win a “Second Choice” fan vote. The Miz and Asuka will collide with Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss in the semifinals next week on WWE Mixed Match Challenge, which means Roode and Flair will face whichever team wins the fan vote in the other semifinal round bout.
