Ryan Sokol of Simley has committed to wrestling for Cornell University in 2021-22.
Sokol is a three-time state placewinner. He won the Class AA 132-pound title in 2019 as a sophomore. He placed third at 113 pounds as an eighth-grader and fifth at 106 pounds as a seventh-grader.
Sokol competed for Team USA at the UWW Cadet World Championships in July.
He recently decommitted from Iowa after committing in October of 2018.
Sokol is projected to wrestle at 149 pounds for the Big Red.
